this is a glorious rainy day here. I can see puddles dancing like crazy on the sidewalk out the window. 75 mph winds predicted and gales-I want to see these gales as I love weather and storms (except when I am driving 50 miles home from work at night on barren Dakota roads from Octobers thru May).
girlfriend weekend with Ellie having invited me to her home this weekend. I can’t wait! When I came here the first time, we went to Ellie”s house the next day. There was a house painting party. I was sitting in her garden eye level with snails which I hadn’t seen in person before, also flowers I had only seen in books.
Soon I got so chilly she made me an all time vacation memory topper of a bubble bath. I sat there a long time feeling that this was a great country and I was so so lucky to have this cousin Ellie hasa a hostess. So I am sure these coming days will be full of adventure.
Csaba is out getting groceries and The Guardian for me. My favorite hobby is reading newspapers, kept me sane to get The New York Times when I lived in Dakotas.
Time to look for some jobs and welcome those who have found my ad. The Lord has given me many gifts of beauty in this day, rain, awaiting girlfriend hostess, Csaba cooking, Russell coming home tonite and we go off to dinner at Ellie’s, a beautiful Grandson Louis, and President Obama on the news, I am so proud of him and pray for such a brave and clear thinking President.
